Heating, Plumbing and Building Services

Pegrum Ltd provide all the complementary services associated with fitting range cookers, boilers and any domestic household improvements/installations. All work will be certified for inclusion in home information packs (HIPs).

Project Management

Planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of an installation or construction project. We take responsibility that your wishes are adhered to and that the project is completed on time within the budget agreed. We are involved from initial conception and design of the project, through its construction, to its completion.

Plumbing and Heating

From a minor leak to a major installation we provide all the heating and plumbing services to CORGI, Gas Register, OFTEC and HHIC standards. • Central heating planning, installation, troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Fitting and supplying new boilers, water tanks and storage tanks.

• Gas safety inspections for Landlords.

Gas, oil and lpg

All the above mentioned projects generally require gas, oil or lpg works and Pegrum Ltd are qualified to Gas Registerand OFTEC standards so they are able to competently complete the job.

Electrical

Electrical works compliant to Part P standards enabling Pegrum Ltd to carry out a simple electrical installation of an appliance to a complete re-wiring of the heating controls. It should be noted that any electrical work must be carried out by a qualified person in order to meet the criteria for Home Information Packs (HIPs). We are regulated by CORGI for this work.
