Validity
Quotes and estimates valid for 60 days from date started and exclude manufacturer price increases.

Definitions
A 'quotation' is a fixed price as long as all agreed preparations are complete. An 'estimate' is an approximation dependent on variable time and materials used or requested whilst on site.

Additional Works
Extra works requested whilst work is in progress.

Payment and terms
Appliances – On confirming your order for new and used appliances an initial payment of one third should be made. The balance of payment is then due 14 days before the appliance is delivered on site.

Installation work – 50% payment for initial booking, 25% on commencement and the balance on completion (including any extras requested).

Long-term works are invoiced at weekly intervals.

Overdue payments are chargeable at 5% over the banks lending rate from invoice issue date.

Entitlement
Entitlement of goods remains with us until all payments have been received directly or indirectly through main contractor. We reserve the right to remove unpaid items at any time.

Acceptance
To accept and terms and details of the quote/estimate you will be requested to complete an acceptance form along with any payment deposits.
