Accreditations
Pegrum Ltd staff have been trained and are qualified to OFTEC, CORGI and Gas Register standards which allows us to register your work for a minimal fee with your local building control department.
If you select an engineer who doesn’t have the necessary skills and approvals or choose to try and do the work yourself. The work will have to be inspected possibly before and definitely after by a building inspector and possibly an independent approved engineer.
These requirements enforce that the work complies with current building regulations and the certificates issued will then go in your home information pack. This then in turn shows potential purchasers that the areas of work done comply and they know all is ok.

OFTEC registration covers all oil work in the domestic and light commercial industry. The areas of work are broken down into sections and we are registered all for sections 101, 102, 105/10E and 600E.
